| It may make your shopping easier by first looking at our Logos by clicking
on the Logos button (top). Browse through our on-line Catalog by clicking
on the Catalog button. On the items you wish to purchase Click on the
Add to Cart buttons to add products into your shopping cart. You can adjust
your quantities or remove products at any time. When you are finished
shopping you may click on the Cart button (top) and then the Check Out
button. Upon completing Check Out a copy of the order will come to us
and a copy sent to you, via email. If your Cart is safisfactory make your
payment via the Buy Now button (top). Reference your Cart number. If you
have questions about your Cart or the Payment please email us via the
Contact button (top). We do not process any Carts without Payments. We
do keep our copies of the Cart so you may return at any time to make the
Payment referencing the Cart number, thus completing the Order. Upon our
receipt of your Cart and Payment we will review the Cart, pull any matching
emails and produce your Order. If we have any questions or doubts as to
your Order we will contact you before we process the Order. We will then
fullfill the Order. Orders are currently running two weeks. Please email
for any questions you may have. |

| Mail Orders |
Print our Mail order form. Click
Here Follow the directions on the form and mail it to us along with
the payment. Or, you may print your Cart and mail it along with payment.
Personal or Business Checks, or Money Orders are the only forms of mailed
payments we accept. Do not mail Cash or Credit Card information. We
will match any Emails we have had with the mailed order. If we have
any questions or doubts as to your Order we will contact you before
we process the Order. We will then fullfill the Order. Orders are currently
running two weeks, upon our receiving your mailing. Please allow three
to four days for mailed Orders. Please email for any questions you may
have. |

| Customizing |
| We offer Customizing on many of our items for no additional charge.
You will see this option if it is available for that product. Over Logo
means the text will be printed on top of the Logo, above it. Under Logo
means the text will be printed under the Logo, below it. You may select
both options but be sure to follow up with an email letting us know what
you want Over and what you want Under. All text will be in a horizontal
line, no curves or shapes. We will have our screeners use their best judgement,
from years of experience, on what font size will work to have the best
look based upon the amount of text you request and the Logo. If you have
specific requests or needs please follow up with an email stating them
precisely. In the same manner if we have questions or our screener has
choices or concerns we will contact you with those. Currently there is
not a limit on the text we allow you to enter. Common text has been Facilities
names, dates, or names. We suggest you consider your requests carefully
and hold no liability for the uniformity of your customizations. |

| Certain shipments may incur an extra charge such as outside the United
States not to an APO address. Special handling, such as overnight service
is available. When inquiring for the charge refernce your order number
and your wishes. We will calculate the cost and provide it to you. You
may then make the decision to cancel or process your order. |
